The Upper House Hotel is steeped in local history, built in 1845 for Josiah Wedgwood’s grandson Francis it has been lovingly converted into a luxury character property.
Privately owned, The Upper House boasts 24 en-suite bedrooms and is set amongst 10 acres of woodlands and beautifully landscaped gardens.
In March 2013, hotel owner Paul Williams made contact with a number of PMS providers as his existing system was failing to meet the hotel’s requirements. At the top of Paul’s list of priorities was to find a comprehensive, one-stop solution which incorporated not just a Property Management system with Channel Management integration, but also an EPOS system for the food and beverage outlets, and integration with their accounts package, Sage.
