Customer Support Agent

We currently have openings for customer support agents with a hotel background to join our team. If you love the hotel industry but not the hours that go with it, this could be an excellent opportunity to embark upon a new career.

Core duties will include:

  • Taking first line support and assisting clients where possible
  • Channel management integrations
  • Build of booking engines
  • Hotel Executive PMS software configuration
  • Online training

You should display the following skills and characteristics:

  • Experience with using the Hotel Executive PMS or other PMS
  • Experience with SiteMinder channel manager or similar
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A positive and vibrant outlook
  • Natural sales and rapport-building ability
  • Friendly and approachable manner
  • Good team player
