After a super busy 2017 which saw us move to a new bigger office in north Bristol and gain dozens of great new clients, we’re growing our team in preparation for another year of exciting developments.
We are looking for two new developers and two new customer support staff to further enhance our support services and drive forward new developments to our property management system (PMS) system Hotel Executive.
As experts in hotel technology for more than 30 years, we want bright, talented people who share our passion for and knowledge of the hospitality industry and are always striving to learn and improve – in the same way we’re always working to improve and enhance our products and services.
Candidates for the customer support positions, who should come from a hotel background, will work with our many wonderful clients to ensure they get the most out of Hotel Executive and our other products.
We are looking for people experienced in using a PMS system, ideally our own, and a channel manager such as SiteMinder. The ideal candidates will also have great communication skills, a positive outlook, natural sales abilities, be friendly and approachable and good team players.
The core duties will include:
• First line support – logging tickets, assisting the customer where possible
• Channel management integrations
• Build of booking engines
• PMS software configuration
• Electronic Point-Of-Sale (EPOS) software configuration
• Up-sell of upgrades, add-ons and training
• Online training
• Participation in the emergency out of hours support rota from home (about one evening per week)
